True, P. They decided to make a statement that is symbolic of a 'pissed off and will fight to the death' narrative.
I watched Sarah Palin last night say that "they are pushing for a civil war, and that is what they are going to get. We need to rise up and take our Nation back".
Trump is like Putin, either go down fighting or go down surrendering. Either win or lose, as there is no compromise. The Left knows this now that Trump has made his play, and the talk (Tucker at the fore) of assassination grows by the day as Dems watch that image take off and know what is coming. Like Hillary said, "we'll all hang" if he wins.

Why would they want to kill Trump?
That's the easiest path to victory and donations. They need the boogeyman, especially an impotent one.

Yeah, they made that mistake in '16, and won't take a chance again. IMO, it's which one do the Dems take down first...Trump or the USD. I think it'll be the latter, with Digital Currency/AI powered ESG ruling the day. These people are very smart. We'll know soon enough.
