SCOTUS approved Trump’s use of the Alien Enemies Act last week.
I recall only a procedural ruling preserving the status quo pending a full review.

Placekicker got fooled by some influencer that there was new news on that subject.

You must be confused. I asked Barry the question

Is it OK to ignore a judges orders if you disagree with them? Simple yes or no answer will suffice.
The response has been hours of childish insults, deflection, and nonsense.......all to deflect from the simple fact that you can't ignore the judge's order.

Wasn't there an entire video made from Senators or congressman telling them to disobey unconstitutional order

The Dems impeached Trump for little more reason than the fact that they did not like him. Trump is encouraging the impeachment of Boasberg because he doesn't like the judge's rulings.
You missed the part about “made up accusations on trump that were put together by his opposition”. Boasberg is rendering judgements that the scotus has drug their nuts over already. Besides all of that, let’s just assume that boasberg can actually bring litigation or some kind of dreamed up crap towards individuals involved, do you think they will be punished in anyway? Trump holds the pen that signs the “get out of jail” cards. It is ridiculous and a waste of time.

Yes. Repeat is all you want you stupid frick! A rogue judge who constantly rules against conservative because he is either bias or compromised is not a legit court order.

Here you go, friend. Glad to help educate you.
SCOTUS opinion from April that reversed Bosaberg initially.

And DC Circuit’s denial of petition for rehearing en banc order from November 14th, 2025 wherein appellate panel granted mandamus relief as to Bosaberg’s contempt proceedings.

It has been done for decades by your side, dipshit.

SCOTUS approved Trump’s use of the Alien Enemies Act last week. This entire case is moot.
The case just hit the 5th Circuit in September. A 3 judge panel ruled 2-1 against the Administration, and issued a preliminary injunction.
The PI blocks use of the Alien Enemies Act (AEA) to deport Tren de Aragua members anywhere within the 5th Circuit (TX, LA, MS). A 5th Circuit en banc review was requested and is pending. So maybe the PI gets reversed at that point? Regardless, an appeal to SCOTUS is inevitable (would be probably be heard in the late-2026/early-2027 timeframe).
So as I understand it, we're a year or more away from a SCOTUS ruling on Trump’s use of the AEA, one way or another.
In the meantime, TdA deportations continue, albeit under more laborious, time-consuming non-AEA methods.

so, SCOTUS did not do anything last week. Thank you for acknowledging your lie.

Perhaps instead of pursuing a gotcha, just post the facts (which others may or may not have access to) and make your case.

If that was true, which it isn't, it should be easy for you to provide lots of examples.......but you can't.
