how is he conveniently the Judge getting assigned to the cases?
Because no one is stopping him. Find a winning strategy and stick with it.

What can they do?
To impeach a judge, you must be referred by the house judiciary committee. Then that is voted on by the House. Then, they must receive 2/3 vote from the Senate. They can not get past the Senate, so it would all be performative. So what's the point, other than giving the Democrats a fake talking point?

Waste of time and tax payer money. All for show.

Democrats have been doing it for years. Now that republicans are in power the democrats all of a sudden legal eagles. Of course, if Democrats weren’t hypocrites, they wouldn’t be anything.

GOPe = Establishment Uniparty controlled opposition.
If there were 535 carbon copies of Tim Burchett, Anna Paulina Luna and Brandon Gill in Congress, we would actually be living in a utopian constitutional republic.
I re-registered as an independent in 2016 because I could no longer associate myself with a "Republican Party" whose backbone is RINO Warpigs and useful idiots. I remain staunchly fiscally and socially conservative, but unfortunately the "conservative" party doesn't.

It’s a moot point being SC agreed OMB had the authority to do. That this judge and apparently you thinks that is a valid contempt order is laughable
