Manufacturing cratering? Where?
I could hire 4 welders and 2 machinist this morning and give them 12-16 hours of overtime per week.
Unfortunately, they don't exist unless you steal them from some other company and bumping their rate.
We have backlog through 2027 and growing. We have international companies inquiring on locking up shop space for 12-18 months. I haven't seen this since mid 90's.

Well yeah, that’s my point. People are cherry picking stats from the same agency that they shite on religiously and then ignoring them when they’re revised down considerably.

The jobs numbers say manufacturing is down 3 consecutive months.

think some of it has to do with more local casinos across the USA too but even then LDL and Golden Nugget in LC seem slow on some weekends when they are supposed to be filled with Texans.
And the fact Vegas is worse than ever with stupid fees and overpriced bullshite. Id rather go to an all inclusive than Vegas.

I’m sure you’re being sarcastic but Trump isn’t really to blame good or bad for numbers like this yet.

$300 movement in the DOW today is like a $14 move in the DOW in the '90s.

Federal government employment continued to decline in July (-12,000) and is down by 84,000

BLS
We will see a higher job loss number once those federal workers who are leaving but getting severance or paid leave run out of such benefit
Good news is we are officially down 84,000 since trump took over.......

Vegas has become ridiculously expensive, it really isn't what it used to be and I don't see how its sustainable at this point. Vegas worked when it was one of the few places in the country with casinos and you could get a cheap hotel and cheap buffets everywhere. Now the hotels are super expensive, the buffets are gone, and there's gambling in most other states so the novelty of casinos is diminished.

Who’s blaming Powell for bad jobs reports? Housing sales because of interest rates maybe, the refinancing of 9 trillion in debt or his mealy faced attitude most definitely

No. And they already rape me at the casino. Toss me a free buffet here and there.
