If this is decades of conditioning, isn't it fairly predictable?

I certainly would have thought the administration would know better.

Of course.

I also enjoy being framed as a racist, as you so eloquently attempted to.

Always take the low road, Monty?

My whole point has been that if you go into this environment expecting acceptance, you will not be accepted, and if you do it anyway you are just stirring shite.

Salmon pointed out that they just may be that stupid, which may be the case, but I doubt that.

What an idiotic construct.

If you behave normally, you're "stirring shite" because other people are racist is an idiotic point of view.

There aren't two sides here. The fact that you simply can't condemn the actions of those threatening violence toward people because of a hat is telling.

I didn't say there are two sides in this situation.

So, the high school kids who were wearing the same thing all day are also to blame here?

I must be missing something.

It isn't smart to wear MAGA apparel?

Be that as it may, it doesn't excuse political intimidation via physical violence or threat thereof. This is becoming acceptable, and even encouraged, behavior. That's extremely troubling.

It is just reality and awareness. If you were intellectually honest at all you would admit that you change your behavior based on your surroundings all the time.

Save the reply, I know your response already.

I'm not sure that blame is the right word. If they purposely did it, sure, they're also to blame. If not, they're just politically ignorant, one way or another. If that's the case and it likely is, then no, I don't blame high school girls for being ignorant of their environment.

I'd say in a vacuum, it's intellectually neutral.

Expressing a differing opinion to these people has now been equated to actual physical violence. Therefore, these people believe they are justified in physically assaulting those that verbally or non-verbally express a differing opinion as an act of "self defense".
