This isn't "a college campus" it's an HBCU.
Anecdotally, I live within a very conservative community and I've never seen a MAGA hat worn anywhere. The one time I saw it being casually worn was in Glenwood Springs, CO by a man in his 70s/80s. Frankly, beyond that, I can't recall the last time I saw someone wearing political gear that wasn't a campaign worker. Reg folks tend to avoid it in daily life.

If white people go into a private university intent on stirring shite up by wearing khakis and are kicked out because they are wearing khakis, they have little to complain about.
They can wear whatever they want. They can also do it elsewhere. Howard needs to discipline some of their students for any behavior that goes against school rules, and that's about it.

The fact that people are saying "they should know better" is just ridiculous.
So we are completely accepting of the fact now white people should be afraid for their safety if they openly support a republican? That is where we are in this country now?
