Was there bail set or was he ROR? At worst he pays a fine for trespassing with these charges. Most times they bring you in, fingerprint take a picture then process you out.

The actual details have been scarce, but yesterday it was stated that it was just a processing and they weren't seeking detention. I don't know if bail was imposed.
