Fun fact I read a while back about black women with degrees:
68% of ALL Black Female College Graduates with degrees go to work for the Federal Government...let that sink in.
Basically their market is nonexistent outside the Federal Government.

I work with a number of them. They are typically in positions that don’t require much effort or knowledge, and they are miserable to deal with.

Wrong on both counts: they’re the most enrolled.
They’ll be the first to tell you how “educated” and “qualified” they are, but rest assured all they’re going to provide your team is headaches, noise, and subpar performance and work product.
I hate saying that, but after 20+ years leading several national teams with my company, I can confidently say I will do everything in my power not to hire a black woman. Sure you may strike gold with one here or there, but 9 out of 10 times it’s just not worth the trouble they bring.

Worked for the Feds for years and can confirm that there is an overabundance of "queens" with degrees in the workforce. What most don't realize is that they work with each other to get credentialed for trivial bullshite.
My experience is that they get some sort of general studies degree, mostly from a college you have never heard of. They then get the government to pay for them to get a masters from an online diploma mill. I assumed my agency was based out of Arizona with all the University of Phoenix diplomas hanging up in the office. They then get into the game of long-term travel for worthless trainings and credentials with a select few working on a PHD from the most fake sounding colleges you have ever heard of.

I second this, and yes from experience. And ironically have heard the same sistas refer to certain agencies as the ‘good ole boys network’, as if white men run the hiring preferences.

They also make up a huge chunk of the residential care facility work force, food cart pushers in most hospitals … and phlebotomy.
