At the very end of the clip she most certainly did.

I disagree. But then again SCOTUS is the single subject that this board struggles with most so I’m not surprised that is the prevailing takeaway here.

It wasn't what she meant, but her words did not come out the way she wanted them to. I hope.

Got nothing to do with a physical disability.

Agreed. And since they are as physically able as white people and no law bars them from voting.... the takeaway is a disability not tied to physical ability nor legal ability... which leaves us with the obvious.

This should be the takeaway. She’s a moron that believes black people cant take public transportation, read, or stand in line at the DMV.

She doesn’t think being black is akin to an ADA disability though. Like I said, there’s just no reason to lie about it when her actual point is such low hanging fruit

She actually did.

Do you disagree with her? I'm not 100% sure I do.

She flat-out said black people are disabled at the end of her stupid analogy.

Did she say full stop at the end?

Which should beg the question, “why do we want these people voting?”

I'd call an adult incapable of reading or navigating life mentally disabled. So would Kentanji, which is how we know she didn't mean to say what she said, in the way that her adled brain made her say it.

LBJ's lasting legacy is devastating on America. I shudder thinking about Biden's lasting legacy.
