I've seen no proof of it. It's just an often repeated meme that makes it's way into the psyche of low IQ people.
Trump has lots of faults and plenty of things to criticize him about, but nothing he's done should cause "civil rights leaders" to boycott him
Illuminating failure is a hallmark of the DJT admin so far. In this case its the utter failure of any type of honest and thinking to the future black leadership.

Speaking as to the kids, Black kids don’t feel welcomed in museums. They say, “Well, that’s not a place for me — for someone who looks like me, for someone who comes from my neighborhood.” In fact, I guarantee you that right now, there are kids living less than a mile from that new museum in Jackson who would never in a million years dream that they would be welcome in that museum.
Of course, the kids’ apprehension won’t stop school boards from loading them into buses by the thousands every year, and taking them there at taxpayers’ expense.

Unless they suddenly renamed this the Trump Museum of Civil Rights, you have no point.
Their refusal to attend just underscores how they're nothing more than an arm of the Democrat party. Hell, they would have shown up and been positively giddy if it was a Democrat President, even if it were Robert Byrd.
