In my experience, this is not a racial issue but a narcissistic issue, and there are many whites and blacks who fit this category.

It’s also probably variable from region to region, city to city, and neighborhood to neighborhood.

However, it does seem to be worse with black folks in New Orleans, especially the lower income folks.

That doesn’t mean I don’t have to dodge the white upper-middle class women walking groups who block the entire lane of Audubon Park with no courtesy whatsoever. Or the entitled white men jogging or biking groups who think they own the road.
