Not even every African is black. He is an Arab from North Africa whose parents came to America through the Sudanese refugee program.
Like 70% + of the the Suddenese population he is an Arab.
Like most immigrants he is embarrassed his culture couldn't produce a homeland worth living in. His family had to flee his homeland and he now he is pandering for views.
