The static billboard probably has a higher chance of generating press coverage. We might want to crowd source a press release that you could blast to the local news stations. Might generate extra coverage.

The everyday folks of Louisiana did that. It appears that we made a mistake. We thought we were electing a principled reflection of ourselves. Instead, we got another spineless politician who would rather curry favor with the elites than represent his constituents. For now, we still have the ability to rectify that mistake. We will.
