Well, there it is.

More from that overfed softy to reveal about himself.

On top of everything else, with the hedging, stonewalling, tap dancing, absolute refusal to "rock the boat," here we're treated to his best attempt at marxian-style jealousy he must've always hoarded secretly against someone he views as a much more successful member of the "bourgeoisie" than is he.

Only more self-destructive emotion than jealousy is guilt.

Again, one more time, for the very slow folks ... the post had to do with Biden's supposed 81M *votes*.

And we outlined for you how a guy that:

Barely beat Crooked Corrupt Hillary Clinton
Never reached 50% approval in 4 years
Had at the time almost all time low approval ratings for a sitting President

Could possibly lose an election? One last time for your mongoloid self nobody thinks all of those 81 million votes were FOR Joe Biden. A good many of them were AGAINST Donald Trump. The guy who was very disliked and controversial.

Do you understand this?

All EIGHTY ONE MILLION (81,000,000) of them?

So ... we have 12M more votes for a senile dementia basement dwelling candidate who could not even gather 250 souls for campaign appearances, than for Barack Obama at his zenith? Really? That's your claim???

Ricks, what you may not be considering is the Trump side of the thing. I’m not sure why Barr would be apprised of the Trump strategy and evidence and such that they have waiting in the wings ready to launch. Such as Trump’s side of the story as far as what his declassification actions had been. As of now Barr is merely speculating about that.

He's not gonna acknowledge this. He believes that the VBM was all on the up and up. Nuttin to see.

Fraud aside, the rate of error was impossibly low and would have resulted in a different outcome and not this dysphoric shitshow we currently find ourselves in.

However, it was the most massive targeted coordinated ballot harvesting operation in US history in a handful of crooked counties, all resulting in the midnight shutoffs and ballot dump spikes that got Biden just over the line.

Trump is extremely divisive and disliked. People voted against him not necessarily for Joe Biden. Combined with the simplicity of mail in voting where even the laziest lowest IQ Americans could essentially vote from their couch accounted for Biden 81 million AND Trump’s almost 74 million. The idea that only Biden had illegitimate votes but Trump had none is laughable. Mail in voting made voting easier than ever.

Do you think it is highly probable that someone involved in this current investigation against Trump has told Barr what facts and evidence they have?
Oh 100%!

Just as they did with the Muller bullshite!
Just as they did to the FICA judge with the falsified records.

Bar was not there to see for himself. Others were. Barr is a FAT arse imbecile!

LINK - Wikipedia
quote:

The Presidential Records Act (PRA) of 1978, 44 U.S.C. §§ 2201–2209,[1] is an Act of the United States Congress governing the official records of Presidents and Vice Presidents created or received after January 20, 1981, and mandating the preservation of all presidential records. Enacted November 4, 1978,[2] the PRA changed the legal ownership of the President's official records from private to public, and established a new statutory structure under which Presidents must manage their records. The PRA was amended in 2014, to include the prohibition of sending electronic records through non-official accounts unless an official account is copied on the transmission, or a copy is forwarded to an official account shortly after creation

And then there's this legal statute...
US Code § 2201: LINK
quote:

(2)The term “Presidential records” means documentary materials, or any reasonably segregable portion thereof, created or received by the President, the President’s immediate staff, or a unit or individual of the Executive Office of the President whose function is to advise or assist the President, in the course of conducting activities which relate to or have an effect upon the carrying out of the constitutional, statutory, or other official or ceremonial duties of the President. Such term—
(A)includes any documentary materials relating to the political activities of the President or members of the President’s staff, but only if such activities relate to or have a direct effect upon the carrying out of constitutional, statutory, or other official or ceremonial duties of the President; but
(B)does not include any documentary materials that are (i) official records of an agency (as defined in section 552(e)?[1] of title 5, United States Code); (ii) personal records; (iii) stocks of publications and stationery; or (iv) extra copies of documents produced only for convenience of reference, when such copies are clearly so identified.

These documents were clearly defined as government documents. That means they fall under this statute and, as such, Trump is not entitled to have them, regardless of classification status.

I mean that took me ~4 minutes to look up, and I'm man enough to admit I could be wrong. But it looks like Trump was in violation of this law (which has no legal consequences, BTW)

Are you talking about pre-1978 or post-1978, specifically?

Our Government is corrupt. Our Government is tyrannical and has been ever since 9/11. The Patriot Act (put into law by a Republican Administration) and other legislation has enabled our government to be extremely corrupt.

Some on here just can’t look at this objectively. I do not think Tru,p is a criminal mastermind. I do not think Trump maliciously tried to subvert or do anything during or after his Presidency. I think Trump was a political novice who didn’t understand or didn’t care to know protocol or the rules. Trump hired/appointed some fricking awful people to his cabinet and Administration that certainly did him no favors. Trump is too stupid to be the mastermind the Democrats are trying to make him out to be. Trump isn’t another Nixon. Nixon was very smart a master politician but he was also very corrupt. I don’t think Trump is either of those things.

At some point Trump has to realize you can’t just do anything you want. You can’t just tote off boxes of classified or top secret documents to your personal residence. Trump’s own attorneys admitted in writing the documents should be returned. It never happened so the FBI came and got them.

Crooked Hillary lost in 2016 for the same reasons Trump lost in 2020. Extremely divisive and unlikable candidates don’t win elections.
