In addition to sedition she admitted to giving classified information to persons without proper clearance (her email data to her attorneys, for them to remove the "yoga" pictures).

That bitch should be tried, convicted, put to death, cremated, her ashes put on a rocket and launched into the sun.

Right after he's no longer head of the DOJ. How convenient. But all of this just popped up. How could we have seen any of this brand new information coming?

Claiming that Hillary’s sedition would be hard to prove in court is like saying the fraud in the 2020 election would be hard to prove.

Neither could be easier to prove

“I thought we were heading into a constitutional crisis. I think whatever you think of Trump, the fact is that the whole Russiagate thing was a grave injustice. It appears to be a dirty political trick that was used first to hobble him and then potentially to drive him from office,” Barr said.

“I believe it is seditious,” he added before saying that the charge may be hard to prove in court.
quote:

Seditious Conspiracy and Federal Law: The Basics

The federal law against seditious conspiracy can be found in Title 18 of the U.S. Code (which includes treason, rebellion, and similar offenses), specifically 18 U.S.C. § 2384. According to the statutory definition of sedition, it is a crime for two or more people within the jurisdiction of the United States:

To conspire to overthrow or destroy by force the government of the United States or to level war against them;

To oppose by force the authority of the United States government; to prevent, hinder, or delay by force the execution of any law of the United States; or

To take, seize, or possess by force any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof.
Free Speech, Sedition, and Treason

In order to get a conviction for seditious conspiracy, the government must prove that the defendant in fact conspired to use force. Simply advocating for the use of force is not the same thing and in most cases is protected as free speech under the First Amendment.
Any lawyers want to guess at what Barr means? The USE FORCE part? It is why they called the J6th FBI bird-dogging set-up seditious conspiracy?

And HRC didn't physically USE FORCE so she is in the clear of seditious conspiracy?

i e... AG Barr saying it is hard to prove?

Bill Barr sat back and allowed this to happen.

He had a duty to investigate and prosecute this. He didn't. He's also guilty of the same sedition.

Spoken like Geaux88 May he RIP. Thanks for that. You made me laugh & I miss him.

I found more of the seditious conspiracy laws. Any lawyers care to opine? Even in the second part of the seditious conspiracy law it says BY FORCE

18 U.S. Code § 2385 - Advocating overthrow of Government
