Any lawyers here care to pipe in on why they can't charge them with the lesser crimes as well as the FISA court crimes?
Also: why does Warner, McCain, and Richard Burr get away with being a part of the set up? What about the plants that Comey had in the WH with his rogue operation of entrapment?

It is only my opinion, but I would charge with something small, like lying. Get the ball rolling. then advise of the larger crimes, absent some serious story telling of what went down. I think comey and mccabe would sing as would strozk.

FISA abuse, abuse of power, the espionage act relating to political espionage is way too serious to be all covered up. McCabe is going to get off. If they prosecute he will bring too many accomplices down with him including Comey, Brennan, Clapper, Mark Warner, Richerad Burr and those accomplices probably have some type of leverage on Bill Barr.
Nothing will happen.
The two tiered justice system will prevail. The FBI and DOJ under Obama will get away with their crimes of spying on political campaigns and lying to the FISA courts.
Scott free. They will get away with it.
It's the similar reason Hillary is getting away with her malfeasance with classified information being on her personal server. If they indict Hillary, it will lead to Obama. Obama was emailing classified information Hillary back and forth on her unsecured server and the White House under Obama cleared Hillary's personal email address (called white listing) to reach Obama. That's why Hillary will never be indicted. It would open a can of worms and Obama would be implicated in crimes.
