First time poster on the PB because I haven't see it posted and thought it deserved its own "investigation". I saw this live and said thats strange because I had no idea who it was at the time. It was posted in the in game hearing thread. Kept watching this and looked into it.

First a little bit about Rocket Scientist Rep Sheila Jackson. Like most southern states she is in a packed inner city Houston district the 18th. She has been in congress going on her 14th year, fantastic for her. Of her 7 races she has literally ran unopposed in both the primary and general 5/7, the other two the republicans running against her were not even endorsed by the RNC or statewide Texas machine, no problem with that. In 14 years her first noteworthy action has been in 2003 introducing a bill declaring the Hurricane naming system was racist, but she went a little to far and said Hispanics did not need Hurricane names because every English name has a Spanish conterpart. Those nine years were leading up to that one moment and she blew it, oh well. She would be put on the bench for another 12 years until 2015 when the CBC called her up to bat. The legislation was about the Confederate flag being hate speech and that it was equivalent to wearing a swastika. However when she produced the flag on the floor, her rebel flag had 17 stars and green coloring. Thats okay everybody makes mistakes, these opportunities only come around about every 10 years.

Rep. Jackson has a BA from Yale and a JD from UVA. She also came into the House the exact same year as Rep. Eshoo, Blasey Ford's rep in California. For 14 years they have had offices literally right next door While Eshoo has put forth real legis. they have served on the only committees the CBC feels comfortable allowing Rep. Jackson to sit on. They have served together in sub-C overseeing Space Policy and NASA, and they are the ranking members of the Cong. Pakistan Caucus and House Baltic Caucus (Echoo's parents are actually immigrants from the Baltics, if you chug everclear you can see the Lithuanian in Rep. Jackson.) They cant put her on anything that she could understand like Appropriations (just take money from others for yourself. I can see it now President Kamala Harris and Secretary of State Sheila Jackson, Pakistan is fricked.

So watching this unfold in front of the entire country. Ford's lawyer has no idea who she is, so she gives him the look with her glasses wwithout any movement of the lips something along the lines of "Cracker do you know who the f" I am, coach put me in today instead of having to wait another 7 years dont frick this up for me."

Why is this important? The nutjob from Hawaii was next to speak, Sen. Rainbow Warrior and Rep. Eshoo not only go back 30 years but had just had lunch together.

After seeing this and doing a 10 minute search, not only do I now think the entire Senate D's had the allegation the day Feinstein got it, but the entire House D's as well.

This is where we are at, never thought I would say this but being from LA blessed to have Cedric Richmond as our lone packed Democrat. Cedric is not the sharpest knife in the drawer, but he has an absolute iron fist on his seat which means something unlike rocket scientist district, Cedric usually has stiff competition in the D primary. Richmond as others can attest dude went to the HS for african americans maybe in the entire south in St. Aug, does not look like a librarian with alzheimer's, and for that kind of politics he is now the head of Black Caucus which he will be basically in charge of for the next 30 years. Atleast with Cedric for LA he is getting first dibs on anything he wants to sell the CBC votes. Must be nice to have a deep bench and have Rep. Jackson to basically whenever he needs her to rile up the black outrage in Houston, or just literally be black have her at ready. Yet after this today the D's, dont even have another person that can deliver a note.

Republicans have theis crazies as well, the rednecks and alt right reps representing the children of the Corn districts. They atleast know what the flag they hold near and dear looks like. She was so outraged by the confederate flag that she didn't even know what it looked like. When asked she said "hate speech is speech"

If nobody reads all of this doesn't matter. Take nothing away from the fact that you can rest easy knowing, Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee is our entrust public servant that only works on US-Pakistan foreign policy and she overseas NASA. (Her name is ironic given her outrage over the confederacy.)

Bet a lot of money these two things will happe:

1) Rep. Lee in 7 more years, only every 6=7 years does she need to speak or be a politician, will be front and center, about what who knows what and will somehow mess it up.
2) That soon an accuser from Rep. Lee's alma mater and Brett Kavanaugh's Yale will come forward, I have no doubt that Rep. Lee can find just one fellow female alum to payoff.

This campaign from the start has not been the Democrats best hit piece. Then for some reason they go and find Sheila and tell her Pakistan can wait this is your moment you dont have to wait another 4 years and she cannot even turn on a computer. In her 14 years she has had the most staff turnover of any representative. She fired a staffer with a masters because they got her fast food order wrong.

Rep. Jackson Lee's statement about said note

She wont be heard from again for atleast 10 years after this debacle, she is making her fellow CBC members like Maxine Waters look like they are high functioning, and no longer need to wear helmets on the bus to get to work.
