This is exactly how the system works
Remember the breast implant lawsuits that bankrupted Dow Chemical because the experts Had all these expert opinions about the damages caused by the breast implants
Years later the science proved all of those opinions to be wrong but the damage had already been done bankrupting the company
All of these experts will get paid a lot of money to basically lie and some juries will buy it Because of the location.

Big Oil should only send payouts to people who don't use their product. If you use oil in any way, you are part of the problem and get no money.

So Cali dumb dumbs how about listening to the fire experts that tell you how to prevent these fires in the first place, and experts that would not leave an empty reservoir in fire season over pump that cost a few hundred thousand to fix. I am pretty sure Newsome’s hair gel budget could have paid for the repairs.
