Warren is risky - big wall street donors could suddenly decide to sit this one out all of a sudden. Even those that are firmly in the D camp, she scares the everliving shite out of them
Harris - will have to now answer for her hardline stance as AG, which is decidedly inconvenient right now
Rice - will be absolute fodder for the Trump team on the campaign trail. When they're not beating up ole Joe, they can beat pounds of flesh off her with the Constitution. Just declassing 1/10th of the crap she pulled will be an endless supply of legal ammo
