Do fed judges go after Democrats though? I mean, there seemed to be a fed judge popping up every single time trump made a move. But with Biden... we see Biden giving free money to people in the form of college debt relief....with no fed judges successfully stopping him. They successfully stopped trump on a lot of things.

Completely agree. In fact, you don’t even need to do that. One needs only to follow the law. That’s it. No executive order necessary. Just follow the law as written.

2a The Federal Government cannot dictate to a State that they will do a damned thing if it is not a power granted to the Fed gov via the compact of the States

It doesn't have to be doable, they don't know that. They probably don't even know they can't vote. They're just going to show up to the polls and be signed in under another name.
