Why do we even have a congress? The most neutered branch of government.

For the record I don't support this proposal, but you are leaving an important piece of information out. This proposal only applies to illegals who are married to US citizens, not just any illegal.

this could be pretty interesting
according to sss.gov:
according to sss.gov:
quote:Ibid:
All undocumented males 18 through 25 years of age, other than those admitted on non-immigrant visas, must register, whether or not they have a green card.
quote:so, if a male undocumented person claims to have been in the US and failed to register for the Selective Service, they are guilty of a felony and thus eligible for immediate deportation
Failure to register with Selective Service is a violation of the Military Selective Service Act. Conviction for such a violation may result in imprisonment for up to five years and/or a fine of not more than $250,000.

A program being developed by White House officials would offer work permits and deportation protections to unauthorized immigrants married to U.S. citizens, as long as they have lived in the U.S. for at least 10 years, the sources said, requesting anonymity to talk about internal government plans.
While I dont trust Biden and crew this isnt much different than a family visa application. You just dont get scrutinized for being here illegally in the first place.

Pretty sure he can't just do that on his own, Congress would need to be the one.
I'm not opposed though, if not this then something like it. Something needs to be done and we can't just deport 11 million people below the border. The destabilizing effect that would have on all countries involved make it a completely unrealistic

Remember all those Fed judges Trump appointed? Yeah. I guess you don’t.
muh muh muh Trump! You said a judge can stop this. Which one? You said it NOT ME! Back up your claim you coward.
It doesn't matter who is appointed; nobody will do a damn thing. You're at least 8 years behind those who understand how this system works. You said a federal judge can stop this but your uneducated arse can't name a single one.
All you have is your TDS to explain why you can't answer the question. Pathetic.
Go ahead and vote me down for your inability to back up your stupid statement. You said a judge can stop this. I'll ask you one more time: Which one. You are a dummy.

I would actually be willing to pay more in taxes to deport em. And I am not even opposed to immigration. I am opposed to bringing in people who add no value to our society that don't want to assimilate and take advantage of the good will of the American born tax paying citizen.

Meanwhile your answer is to give them what they wanted to have illegally and enable others. What a stupid fricking plan.
