I guess these idiots on this commission don’t realize this will likely remove invoking executive privilege for all past and future presidents if they come under investigation.

It's why they will keep him from office. The socialists are to the point that they will literally do what ever it takes to keep him out because they know what will happen.
They know that Rinos are being replaced in 2022. They know that more will be replaced in 2024.
So Trump will be treated like Bannon and more. The current AG will make no bones about it. They "MUST" have him locked up and kept from running because the normal methods of causing a candidate harm enough to lose will not work with Trump.

Executive privilege is a limited privilege afforded to the president. Donald Trump is not president he has no authority or control over the national archives.

Because this is merely a fishing expedition that we all know will lead to nothing. It's yet more extremely poor judgment on the part of the Biden administration that will only lead to precedence to rely upon in similar illegitimate and unjustified efforts in the future. Biden is simply screwing over himself as well as other future Presidents by his waiver of Executive Privilege in this instance. It's just another example of shortsightedness and irresponsibility on Biden's part.
