I read someone speculate Adderall. I've been taking Adderall for years and it doesn't make me angry.
There is no telling what type of drug cocktail he's taking. The US government has access to any and everything available and to medications not available. Big Pharma has probably put its vast resources to create something especially for Biden.

I think the left are excited that he didn't shite his pants. While he did stand and deliver a speech without forgetting what he was saying, his demeanor was terrible.
He came across angry and uncompromising, like a dictator.
Beyond his demeanor, he lied about several issues and didn't lay out any type of coherent plan to get America back on track.
After listening to him, one would think America had no problems to contend with.
