Biden Vaccine Mandate For Federal Employees Blocked Again

The original ruling that was dissolved was a 2-1 ruling. Two judges appointed by Clinton, one by Bush. The entire 5th circuit will hear the rehearing.

I got both vaccines and the first booster. 4 months later I got Covid, then after another 4 months I got it again.
I keep hearing from all the vax warriors that the vaccines and booster made my symptoms lesser than not getting them. How do they know that? I felt like I had a flu and was just really tired, BOTH times I got it.

Agreed especially since the vaccine is still formulated to the original “version” which is clearly far different from the current “versions”.

I think it should be well established by now they can't force anyone to get a vax but they'll never stop trying as it was one of the greatest methods of control for a free country in the last 100 years.

talking to my HR department, they've really screwed this up behind the scenes. While I don't have the details, one lady in federal civilian HR said "expect lawsuits".

I mean it’s not even that. FedGov required something that really didn’t provide the benefits they were stating it would. People were coerced to do it that didn’t really want to do it know that they had previously recovered from Covid and had “protection”.

It’s insane people are still pushing this.
I'm a DoD contractor and was supposed to be in Vegas this week for a conference. but apparently they rewrote the contract to put in a requirement stating anyone travelling has to be vaxxed. not a requirement to go to work. not a requirement to fly. but to do them together (under contract travel) is a no no. well I got 4 approvals to book my trip without this being mentioned and did so. on Thursday it came up and they had me cancel my trip. so instead of doing something rational they just ate the costs I'd already incurred (which were non refundable at that point). that totalled around 4 thousand. you guys wonder where the huge chunks of money in these enormous bills go? it's incredible how wasteful the govt is.
