He finally saw the light and invoked the 10th Amendment to the governors, telling them that it's up to the states to get a handle on the pandemic.

This before he departed the White House for his beach home in Delaware.

This is how it was supposed to be done in the beginning and how things like this were setup in by our founding fathers.

Trump left most things up to the states and was blasted for it. Lets see the response now if this turns out to be the real stance.
