Yes, I think a valid argument could be made on that level.
*Biden sidestepped into the role while Carter outright won his term. Both are and were disasters in the making overall but, at least Carters VP could count to potato.
If Biden gets that prime lending rate up over 18% and I'm starting to feel he has the right stuff in seeing that goal of his into fruition he would win the prize outright.
The Gomorrahcrats greatest hope!

Jimmy Carter finished high in class at the US Naval Academy and was a nucular engineer. And as been stated already he loves his country. This Carter-bashing is quite unwarranted, and the high interest rates and stagflation that derailed his presidency began in the Nixon era.
