I imagine if he does run in 2024 they will have him hooked up to all kinds of machines to get him going. He would have a Steven Hawking appearance and sound to him without the brains of course.

They need him to go at least 1 day past the 1/2 part of his term so Harris can run twice. If she has to take over before then she can only run once.
