This will be a very different race than against Hillary because Biden is really strong in Pennsylvania and looking at having a VP from Michigan or Wisconsin.
It shouldn’t, but it absolutely does change how those states vote.

I don't know how old you are - they tried to do it in 1984 (and failed spectacularly).
They (combined with a massive, one-sided media attack)did a bait and switch in 1992 and successfully did push folks to Clinton.
But, they do it every time now - look no further than 2016.
