Wasnt this start under Obama to put section 8 and mutlifamily housing in each neighborhood. Just wait until the next housing crash and the government buys the houses for section 8.

The way it was stopped last time around was to include an addinum into the HOA which prohibits renting period. This stops all kinds of nefarious activities such as 8A vagrants, air-b&b poker parties going in next door.
If you want to keep your community pristine you have to sacrifice and in order to do that high HOA dues and strict guidelines keep the unwashed filth out on the outside looking in.

We have stopped immigration before to allow assimilation. A time to allow the people to be absorbed. Then we started again. Nothing wrong controlling immigration this way.
