They are already doing this in Mobile. Build one HUD neighborhood and 2 Section 8 apartments in the best school district in the county. Then they will wonder why scores went down.

Just a reboot of what Obama attempted. Well-meaning, but taking hood rats and thugs out of the ghetto and placing them in nice areas doesn’t change them. It just results in metastasis of the cancer.
Studies have shown and books written about the failure of this idea. The only option is to better the communities they’re already in.
Same story with immigration. Guy did a good TED talk about that and why we have to deal with the problems at their source and not move people out of problem areas.

I believe it will happen. They've already done it in urban centers. And we have the data to know that it makes things much worse, for both rich and poor.
The Democrats will push any policy that breaks down natural structure, and creates chaos.
It's fundamental to the way they think.
They do not believe that there is anything natural to the way people segregate, by race, income, culture, and thus they have the right to change it. They will put all of society, on a procrustean bed, and adjust us to fit their tortured vision of uniformity.
It is inhuman, and it is exactly what the Soviets did.
