Who gives a flying frick. He'll just spin and dance and pretend he was right or is right about everything. He runs away from light, not towards it.

To the subject of OP, Biden can eat a dick. So can TigerDoc and the rest of the Branch Covidians who will never admit they were wrong, peddled misinformation, and likely killed people because they were paid to administer ineffective and (sometimes) lethal shots and suppress safer, more effective treatments.

This doesn't prevent the accumulation of evidence that can be used against them after 12/29 (presuming Trump cannot reverse that declaration).

I understand and agree with this sentiment but in all fairness, Biden isn’t aware that he did this.

This is the kind of shite that makes me say, I hope Trump and his team do whatever the hell they damn well need to do.

Biden and the democrat party have certainly set the precedent for disobeying laws and throwing our norms out the window. So, game on.

It’s obviously very safe if it needs continued protection.

Came here to say this!!! They should simply scrap everything this Administration did, just toss it out. Show the evidence of the 2020 steal, prove that Biden was illegitimate, and say that nothing he did counts. Frick them.

If a president through declaration can grant liability protections then I’m assuming a president can take it away.

Trump can reverse the declaration...but what this does is allow for activist judges to stall the process

He's obviously protecting people who are heavily invested in vaccine manufacture.

February 4th, 2020
Trump

Obviously nothing has changed from February 4th of 2020 to December of 2024 and these two actions are completely equivalent.
