Presidents always send bills to Congress…when they aren’t Executive Ordering a trillion dollar college debt relief ‘bill’…decree.

I can't see a national abortion law (either restricting or allowing) surviving judicial scrutiny.

SCOTUS ruled on it being a right to privacy. There has never to my knowledge been an attempt to have a US Congressional ban/ allowance. At that point it becomes the standard commerce clause vs 10th amendment argument.
I don't see them upholding any law on this basis, but it has nothing to do with roe v wade.

I still contend that Roberts is controlled by blackmail and the entire abortion to the States thing was allowed. Simply because the democrats have 2 things to run on they themselves admitted. Abortion & Guns.
