The President does not dictate gasoline prices. Maybe a king or a communist central government could do that. But in America that isn’t how it works.
Also, the current administration has not shut down a pipeline or shut down a single well or refinery.

I have a near-term solution. Start drilling somewhere besides my wallet. Do away with the vax mandate and rehire some of the truck drivers who recently quit to avoid the jab.

Keystone was completed a decade ago. Keystone XL was never completed. We already receive over 3 million barrels per day from Canada via pipelines and there are several. Enbridge Line 3 is already being replaced with a larger one and will connect with Capline which used to ship 1.2 million barrels per day from Louisiana to Chicago and even Detroit, It's reversal will be completed in a few months and able to pump from North to Louisiana.
