Reason they come here in the first place is because life in Central America sucks major arse. I've always thought we're never going to solve this problem until Latin America (specifically Central America) becomes economically viable.
It's not the craziest idea ever. I would rather pay them to stay there than have them come (and still be paying for it).

So after reading this and rewatching a Gutfeld, Mexicans and some other Central Americans are either going to get paid to stay put and bow out after the first million crossed. Or they get paid in the USA with free HC, education, room and board, etc.
