Ten days, but may get a couple more depending on court rules.

Why isn't DOJ involved? Flynn's civil rights are getting crapped on by this judge.

Really, what are we to make of a Federal Judge who needs to hire a lawyer to help him explain the law to his superiors? That alone is grounds to impeach him--isn't it the job of judges to interpret and apply the law? If he needs someone to do that for him, he's not qualified for his job!

I especially like the: In re Michael T. Flynn v _________

There's no opposition to Flynn any longer. It's basically Sullivan's Court v Flynn.

Does Sullivan think he is Judge Judy?

Is there any precedent AT ALL for this? I haven't seen it, if so.

I’m unaware of any, which means we may be seeing legal history.

That doesn’t bode well for Sullivan IMHO.

FWIW Beth Wilkinson and Kathryn Rummler are BFFs. For those that don't know Kathryn Rummler is Obama's "fixer", personal attorney.

It is certainly extraordinary for a judge who is requested to respond to the appeals court by the appeals court to hire counsel to do so in his behalf. I wonder if the appeals court will accept Beth Wilkinson's response on behalf of Sullivan? This is really odd.

I didn't know that it had to be formally expressed in writing if a lawyer was working pro bono.

The experts said that SCOTUS just ruled against judicial actions a year ago exactly like the actions of judge Sullivan 9-0 and the leading opinion written by liberal favorite RBG.

And yet it happens before our eyes. It is like watching craziness.

Can Beth Wilkinson render the verdict against Flynn? Isn't this just another duty of the court to reply to the higher court's questions?
