Pretty sure Ben has given weight to the idea that the "Fast and Furious deal" was a set up (False Flag).
If a Presidential administration will do that, why wouldn't a political party do this?

The fact is we do not know at present who sent these bombs. It is possible that it is some deranged person on the right who is trying to kill (or at least send a threatening signal to) some Democrats. But it is also possible that someone on the left is sending these bombs as a means of creating a backlash against Republicans and conservatives. Unfortunately, there are deranged people on both sides of the political spectrum, and it is not beyond all reason to have the thought that it could be a deranged person on either side who is responsible. We really need to withhold judgment until we have facts to support a conclusion about who is responsible.

Deranged might be a little strong, but anyone who claims to know the intentions of this person right away should be ignored.
