Based Hungary doing work. Bans "gender studies" at colleges

If Bamarep ever decided to leave this great nation of ours, Hungary would be near the top of choices for my new crib.
They seem to be the only EU country besides Poland left with a brain.

The subject was dropped from the list of degrees entitled to accreditation and financial support. Government wants to use its money for education that’s actually useful. There’s no market for “genderologists”.

Nothing is keeping the people who want to explore that subject from doing so. There's nothing about "gender studies" you can't find online anyway, don't pretend its a field that requires a lot of in-depth study anyway.

If the government is to put its hands into financial assistance for college tuition, they should only do so if the student is in a major that is actually needed by the workforce. So tired of hearing people bitch about not being able to pay back student loans and they chose something completely unemployable.

Funny, the government did not ban the thought, they simply said there would be no more government funding for "gender studies"... Surely if the studies are so important, the universities can find alternative sources of funding?
