The idea that everyone should get a housing loan, regardless of their ability to pay for it, was a great example of bad Democratic ideas that are never clearly thought through.

I think they are thought through. It is their constant mission in life to pass legislation to make everything "fair". That's what communists do. The biggest problem with Democrat/Marxist ideas is that they are never held accountable for their shitty ideas. When the banking industry collapsed in 2008, it was all Bush and the republicans fault. Dodd-Frank was never mentioned as the underlying problem. Also, as previously mentioned Frank was never held accountable for the male prostitution ring being run out of his office.

I always liked ole Barney. We didn't agree politically but he always seemed genuine.
