Biden’s voters don’t care at this point. People I talk hates Trump so much, they won’t open their eyes to anything. Not many votes are going to change so it has to be a different path Bannon is taking.

And yes, an unsourced rumor from a minor web site is not a drop. Giuliani was promising the real deal. Since he has used up his fake drops it's Bannon's turn. We'll see who he passes his unlit torch too.
