Fine by me, lessens the likelihood that we'll have additional riots stemming from a white Baltimore cop having to use a weapon. Let these inner cities live like Lord of the Flies for a while, because they obviously didn't bother to pay attention to NYC and its transformation from the 70s through the 2000s.
