Most of us are not in the 18-35 demographic. Also, most of us are not in the fast growing ethnicity demographic. It sucks when it doesn't apply to you huh?

I’m sorry about your Tylenol issues. You seem easily triggered by complete sentences.

Isn't it Jay Z who picks the halftime performers now?

You didn’t even use complete sentences. I’m embarrassed for you.

No it's not. Just more woke/DEI bullshite being forced on everyone, essentially. People have had enough. After that shitty hyper-black, gangsta, anti-American halftime show last year, they should have thrown normal law abiding people a bone this year.

Anything would be better than last year's show. That was god-awful.

Interesting responses.

You know, the NFL is in a bit of a tough spot here. They've done a tremendous job of promoting the game to every demographic. I go to NFL games when I can and in most markets - Dallas, Houston, New Orleans, Cleveland, New York, etc, - they've attracted loads of Latino, African-American, Vietnamese-American, a large Indigenous fanbase, etc.

It truly is American's game.

You don't see this amount of diversity at other sporting events especially college football. The NHL, MLB, even the NBA...I don't the same level of diversity in the crowds.

I don't know why the halftime entertainment decisions always come as a shock to middle-aged and older white Americans. It can't ALWAYS be about us.

Look, I'm happy that freedom of expression wasn't a deal breaker for you, but it was for a lot of people on this board. Or at least they loudly said so.

The Superbowl being on Sunday night is stupid. I've pretty much shut down for the weekend when I get done cooking fried chicken for lunch.

Don't have an 8 year old (both of mine have graduated college).

Haven't watched the halftime of an SB in I dont know how long. Would intentionally change the channel.

Never heard of Bad Bunny until this. From a cultural standpoint there aren't many musicians with mass appeal anymore. Bad Bunny definitely does not have it.

He's one of the biggest artists in the world right now. You're either old or out of touch, or both

The NFL is one step up from wrestling now. Gambling and marketing/merchandising are what dictates everything. The outcomes are all predetermined.

I noticed here and on the OT many of the people most upset about the half time show prouly proclaim to not be watching the game anyway.
So why does this even matter? Oh yeah you like to find things that make you angry. Go ahead downvote but it's "Sad but True" i truly don't care about the half time show or game as the saints won't be in it.

When you're paying Jay Z and his satanic wife to choose performers it would.

It's not about what your 8 year old sees. It's about how they see you respond to what they see.

After all, you can't control what they see, but you can control your response.

It’s a business making a business decision which will ultimately not impact your consumption of the business. There’s bitching every year about who performs at halftime yet here we are.
