You mean like how Democrats hand pick their recounters? They do that or try to do that every time. They grab a bunch of black people to help cover up their crimes

If there's nothing to hide why are they trying to hide it? At least be logically consistent when evaluating your conspiracy theory beliefs.

Does this mean that Facebook communications are public record? They are performing censorship work for Biden…

I’m theory you are correct but I think if you are thinking legal strategy then there are several reasons I can think of and I’m not even an attorney.

But truly, it’s hard to say they should be transparent when the Maricopa country won’t even comply and release what they are required to release.

But seriously, rigging an audit which wouldn’t by itself change anything, and will be scrutinized like a proctologist exam by the 90% dem media, which if you are caught (a literal certainty) would mean having your lives ruined, is such an asinine notion that any logical person would immediately laugh at its inherent ridiculousness.

They're going to be pretty disappointed when they discover that Cyber Ninjas was totally professional throughout the entire process.

Random question about election audits...do states not have the right to perform them or do states not have them in their law books?

I'm just baffled how we have gotten this far in this country where an audit is such an issue, plus no recourse to move on an outcome.

From a personal take, at this point I just want a couple states to find enough to switch out a couple Senators. Heck Senators originally were appointed by the legislatures, so yes it should be a race that is auditable by the states legislature.

Seems one side wants confirmation it was on the up and up, with proper resolution if not, and another is wanting to hide that it may not have been.

Any communication between the parties would have basic information on scheduling the audit, requested information, etc. Sounds like they are looking for specific audit procedures and that is never disclosed to a client. Your not going to tell your client where your looking for fraud. Especially if they are being considered for other states audits. That’s just my thought process. In the hearing the said they had 1500 volunteers and only 200 on payroll. Wouldn’t surprise me if they haven’t hit the cap yet. But they also haven’t been given everything so there is that.

I'd tell that judge they'd be happy to release them just as soon as Maricopa County provides the subpoenaed servers and access codes.
They can enforce that through the courts. Then they will have to say they need them to test out their theory that votes were changed on Italian servers or some other nonsense.

isn't this a win for transparency overall in AZ?

Actually, I agree here. I think I’ve seen enough to know that enough fraud to flip the election occurred here so let’s see everything from all sides. However, as we have learned, laws only apply to one side.

Are you impaired? Trump calls Fann on the phone and she picks an unknown conspiracy theory Trumphead to lead the audit.

Gee, how did that happen?

they think they will find something on who paid cyber ninjas' that Karen from the other day already said the committee paid 100K and the rest is donations. How they were paid is a cheap gotcha.

Who is mad? You mad? I ain't mad. I believe you have a lack of understanding the people at which you speak to.

We want transparency. Period.

The emails need to be produced from every side. Including the Sec of State, Maricopa BOS, DNC, etc.

All of it needs to be out in the open.

While I think there’s overreach here, if it advances transparency, which this election has shown to be completely vacant of, it’s ok with me. We need as much as possible, and from all sides. The voting precincts ability to hide Auditable voting equipment and ballots are criminally obstructing this process, so if they all open up with transparency, this is good, but fear transparency is always slanted , so…..
