It was reported by OAnews before there was a facebook post.
The part that was probably 'exaggerated' was the "brandishing" of the gun. An a-hole did indeed act like an a-hole in a public place. Cops made comment to reporters that he had the gun in his belt. HOWEVER, they wouldn't/couldn't/shouldn't do anything because he has a permit for it.
THIS IS WHY THE JUSSIE DUDE AND ANY OTHER PERSON MAKING A FALSE ACCUSATION SHOULD FACE THE STIFFEST PENALTY POSSIBLE.
