Yes, a friend passed away from ALS and I attended his funeral. It was very unique and cool at the same time. The eulogy was quite long and detailed.

That's the truth. The one Jewish funeral I attended was very depressing. There was no message of hope or salvation or eternal life.

The Link above is to an Amazon Book entitled "Eichler's Gate of Reincarnations". Looks to me like the idea of reincarnation and bodily "resurrection"/"gilgul". As I always enjoy your comprehensive presentations, Squirrell, I would be interested in your commentary re said issue.

I visited Jerusalem once and the mount of olives is one big grave yard. I don't know if it is because it faces the temple mount .
