Atlantic beach is part of my Florida turf.
The wagon should have required a permit as no vehicles are allowed there.
I’ve never seen this kinda event there before so I’m not sure what’s going on there.
Very unusual. Now the hood folks have migrated to the beach and started killing each other from time to time so you now have to look at the special events calendar before planning anything at night. That’s relatively new.
I’ll ask some folks about this and see if they saw it.

The Atlantic Beach official calendar has no listing of a festival for Indians with giant wagons.
Also, there is no pier in Atlantic beach.

I'm a Trump fan and I would not support a similar TRUMP FLOAT being dragged along the beach without some heavy restrictions on time, place and manner of the effort.
Same attitude I have wrt these activities in the middle of streets/hiways or other public spaces.
You are granted the constitutional permission to say what you want - but you do NOT have the right to an AUDIENCE - and you certainly have no right to intrude on someone else's privacy or enjoyment of the enviornment.
