Every time the Dems realize they have majorly fricked up, they do something to change the focus issue.

Not me, I love having the Braves a 15 minute drive away and easy parking and not having to walk thru some pretty bad areas to get to our car if we don't have permit parking.

I love it!

why do you think they moved the Braves to Cobb county? Turner field was located in a dreadful location.

Braves left ATL for politics. They couldn’t deal with City of ATL any longer. Demo says the old doraville plant was perfect for new stadium. But they weren’t going to deal with dekalb either. Gwinnett to far away. Cobb was the winner

If they walked out they should be terminated. That goes for any job.

I support the walk out, I support every cop in Atlanta not showing up. If they do their job, they may be charged with a murder to appease the mob.

I also think that if they walk off they should be fired.

The union will have a field day with it, but at the moment they should be fired. Until the federal investigation of the DA occurs, then they will. have to rehire em and pay em tons of money.

Tim Lee.

Secretly ushered it through. Held one public hearing with minimal notice and when citizens spoke out against the cash giveaway he had them silenced and escorted out of the building. Refused to answer questions.

His authoritarian actions cost him his job as he was voted out, a result that broke him. He publicly wept over it. He died of cancer last year.

No one offered them the money that Tim Lee did as Cobb Chairman.

In my job, I had dealings with Tim in his later role up in Habersham. Not to speak ill of the dead, but he could not have been a bigger jerk.

The mayor is trying to get surrounding departments to help out and they basically all told her to frick off short of an Officer Down call.

Remember, these same departments bailed after the DA quickly charged the cops who tazed the protesters about two weeks ago.

I find reporting on tasers vary.

The reality is a taser can and has killed people before.

Let's cut straight to the heart of the matter here. If someone pointed a taser at you and tried to fire it and you had a open carry permit would you use the gun or let yourself get tasered? How you answer that question determines what side of the fence you are on. If ordinary people have the right defend themselves then so do cops.

I would probably not shoot them. Now if they were breaking in my home and my family was involved I would probably have an entirely different reaction. But just out of the blue? I doubt I process it quickly enough to decide to kill someone.

But no matter the situation, I could NEVER see myself supporting CAPITAL MURDER in that instance.

I am torn here.

I want to see Mayor/ Council / DA learn their lessons, but I also want to see Antifa / BLM thugs get their heads busted.

Maybe we will get one, and then the other.

You do realize you’re basically paralyzed after you get tased, right? Then they could beat you, kill you or whatever. So if someone tries to tase you, you’re not going to protect yourself?
