Love the sinner. Hate the sin.
Giants players compelled to do so had every right to passively protest a night intended to highlight and glorify “the sin”.
It’s more telling to me that the “Pride” advocates are reacting to Bible verses like vampires to garlic.
The verse did not call out anyone by name but obviously made them uncomfortable because they don’t like to see or hear anything that may call their lifestyle choice into question.
Here’s an idea for the Giants and other organizations. Stay out of the political spectrum and just focus on putting on a game for people.

this was another tone-deaf response to what should have been a moment for community unity. They made the night about “us versus them.”
Now do the national anthem, White House team visits, etc.

Several Giants players responded to Pride Night on Friday by writing Bible verses on their caps.
How would democrat leaning players feel if a team had MAGA night and made all the players wear MAGA caps?

The gesture echoed a familiar pattern: making a night meant for inclusion about something else entirely.
Those who think faith is not inclusive are the ones choosing to exclude themselves. God loves everyone.

Notice they didn't cite to what the verse said.

it's so very telling that the sodomites stand on "pride"....

Tolerance -> Acceptance -> Approval -> Promotion -> Participation
I'd say we are in the Promotion -> Participation range...

If the players are that sensitive that they need to make it about themselves, that’s their freedom too.
Has nothing to do with "sensitivities," but their core beliefs that homosexuality is a sin. Therefore the forced promotion of it is not appropriate from their employer.
Keep your homo lifestyle in the closet where it belongs.

I’m not going to any sporting events in June because of this Pride Month stuff.

Or perhaps they are trying to be good role models for their children and other children that are going to the ballpark.
Children are extremely influential and the reason we have had such a huge increase in homosexuals is due ti preying on children with propaganda exactly like this.
