It's a damn nice facility with all the bells and whistles including a cafeteria.
They'll also be moving over to the Williams Street facility.

Most of the news and personality driven shows are out of NYC anyway.

My son works for (and has been a part of) this construction with his multinational construction and development company. It has been a lot of money.

Typical sale-leaseback transaction. Actually quite common. And it looks more like they're consolidating space in one location (also within city limits) which is also quite common.

How? Most of the benefit of going to New York is primarily with talent and executives. Having everything else (production/master control/etc.) go there would be a gigantic waste of money compared to staying in Atlanta.
