The Cartoon Network's not going to share space with those scumbags. CNN will have to use the side gate and have a food truck out front as they won't be using Turner cafeteria you can betcha.
It's a damn nice facility with all the bells and whistles including a cafeteria.
They'll also be moving over to the Williams Street facility.
Most of the news and personality driven shows are out of NYC anyway.

They need a new, safer compound where their fans can’t come see them.

The location they're moving to isn't open to the public and has very tight security.

My son works for (and has been a part of) this construction with his multinational construction and development company. It has been a lot of money.

That’s a scary thought. AT&T is awful

Typical sale-leaseback transaction. Actually quite common. And it looks more like they're consolidating space in one location (also within city limits) which is also quite common.

They're remaining in the city near Georgia Tech.
Arguably a worse neighborhood.

CNN is moving to New York and leaving Atlanta within the next 5 years.

A lot better than 10 years ago at least.

How? Most of the benefit of going to New York is primarily with talent and executives. Having everything else (production/master control/etc.) go there would be a gigantic waste of money compared to staying in Atlanta.
