And Trump just gave you a raise by cutting your taxes.

Be polite and send him a thank you card.

Making a deal usually involves compromise by both parties. Finding a middle ground they can both live with.

The Dems will not give an inch. So Trump walked away, as he should have. Now he will break them.

historically low 37% approval rating.

When will you and the left realize that neither Trump, nor the people who got him elected, care about approval ratings?

Dude, you are either so dumb, or obtuse...A shutdown is the only thing the Dems could do to shutdown this President. He’s statistically the best President we’ve ever had, and this shutdown is a sign of just that, to stop his momentum. Dems had to add a non- budgetary demand, with no legislation prepared on the matter, to kill the planned budget that met all their budgetary demands. They did it to stop his roll, on purpose, as he’s been that good!!! And that’s the secret truth, and you know it....

People like me that support Trump will never agree with people like you that don’t.

At the end of the day Democrats prioritized DACA in exchange for the border wall over keeping the government running. It’s really that simple.....ultimately, that is a losing position.

Here’s the thing, Republicans would rather that the govt shut down. The cutting of anything nonessential is what we are pushing for anyway. Furthermore, we don’t need govt to feel secure.

The “Great Dealmaker” has a shutdown in his first year because he can’t seem to make up his mind. First he says he’ll sign any bipartisan deal Congress gives him. Congress gives him bipartisan deal.. he fricking REJECTS it. Probably because Stephen Miller was in the room when he got it.

Trump has not vetoed anything so your statement is FALSE

You need to spend less time posting and more time learning how to properly use quotation marks.

To answer your question, we are past that point.

18 months ago. I Thought Bobby Jindal was the worst politician I had ever known. That was because of the legislation he was able to get passed. I thought Trump had the potential to be as bad as Jindal but for the sake of the country hoped I as wrong. His biggest failure is his poor leadership. He is a divisive force. His “you are either for me or against me” approach isn’t working.

You realize the Democrats voted against a bill in which they are not against a single thing in the bill, right??? A great deal-maker will always walk away from someone trying to negotiate something just for the sake of negotiating. Literally everything in the CR is backed by Democrats, but voted it down. Let that sink in. Even the MSM can’t find a way to defend the dummycrats on this one

Sometimes a deal maker should make a deal just for the sake of it. You do understand there was no deadline for the DACA last night, correct? That continues till March 5th. I suspect you're a kid. Research Jimmy Carter and get back to us.
