No such thing. The only thing the federal government can do is ask nicely.

there is a difference in not personally complying with mandates and "it didn't affect me"...

Are the effects anything but "compliance" though?

I mean, I guess I can tell everyone I didn't "comply," but I'm not sure what exactly that even means, while trying to keep down a real job and raise a family with school aged kids.

He visited his neighbor and went to Wal-Mart without a mask, I guess

So your contention is that since parents didn't go ahead and drop their kids at school, they complied with the mandates? Or that since they didn't kick the door of a restaurant in and demand service they complied?

Pretty much, yeah. I'm more trying to figure out what people mean by asserting they somehow defied anything.

Oh, I think most on here spouting how they didn't comply and or are not going to comply this time are the first one's that put on a mask before they go to Lowe's...

However, just because someone else complied (my favorite restaurant closed because of a government mandate) does not mean I complied by not going to a closed restaurant either...

It depends. Am I getting $1200 bucks?

I get that. It simply illustrates what a useless statement pounding your chest and saying "I didn't comply with the first one!" is.

What school were your kids going to in April 2020? Which restaurant and bar scenes were you enjoying then?

what the frick is your point?

Im sure if bars/restaurants had been open this person would have gone to them (I sure would have)

This next round of mandates/school bullshite is going to be largely ignored by most. Unless the government forces them to close, small businesses will stay open.

What are you going to do if you have to show your vax passport to work or go into any business?

I sure hope and pray so. I'm not completely optimistic, though.

If its a business, I'll keep going to other businesses that don't require them (the ones here will not, for the most part)

There's zero chance my work requires a passport or whatever its called. Our owner would shut his doors before overstepping basic rights like that.

Business I own on the side? We will require employees to wear them if customers request it.

Some of you must live in heavy blue areas. The southern states will stay away from this shitshow, other than public schools. The angry 35 year old karen crowd will make sure their kids are masked up, as well as teachers.

Other than that, I dont see much changing.

I'm guessing you're seeing what I'm getting at here.

No, I understand what you are trying to say but you really are not getting at anything but you are hoping and praying that people will ignore it this time...

The option of dropping your kids at a closed school is not really an option, nor is keeping them at home OR searching for other alternatives compliance either...
